Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026 · Applies to all apps published under Solet Co.Solet Co. ("Solet Co.", "we", "us") builds mobile apps and games that are designed to work with as little data collection as possible. This policy explains what limited information our apps and this website handle, why, and what choices you have. It applies to every app listed on our apps page, including Tessera™, unless a specific app's in-app listing states otherwise.
1. The short version
- Our apps do not require you to create an account and do not collect your name, email, or contact list.
- Free versions show ads served by Google AdMob, which may use identifiers to personalise ads unless you opt out.
- If you buy a one-time unlock or subscription, that purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing (or Apple, on iOS) — we never see your payment card details.
- App settings, presets, and unlock status are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that stores your personal profile.
- We do not sell personal information.
2. Information we handle
Information you provide. Our apps do not ask for personal information to function. If you contact us for support (see Contact), we receive whatever you include in that message, such as your email address.
Information collected automatically. Like most mobile apps, ours may process technical and usage information through the services listed below — things like device type, operating system version, coarse crash and performance data, advertising identifiers, and general (non-precise) region derived from IP address. We do not access your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera unless a specific app's listing discloses that a feature needs it, and in that case the app will ask for permission at the time it's needed.
Locally stored data. Presets, history, theme, language, and purchase/unlock state are stored on your device (e.g. via local storage) so the app works offline. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
3. Third-party services we use
| Service | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Serves banner and rewarded ads in free tiers | Advertising ID, coarse location, device/app info; see Google's Privacy Policy |
| Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase | Processes one-time unlocks and any subscriptions | Handled entirely by Google/Apple under their own policies |
| Google Play Console / App Store Connect | Aggregate crash reporting and install analytics | Device/OS info, crash logs, aggregate usage counts |
These providers may process data outside your country of residence. Review Google's Privacy Policy and, for iOS users, Apple's privacy documentation for details on how they handle this information.
4. Advertising and your choices
Free versions of our apps display ads to keep them free. You can:
- Reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device's system settings.
- Opt out of personalised advertising through your Google or Apple account ad settings.
- Remove ads entirely in any app by purchasing that app's lifetime unlock, where offered.
5. Children's privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age defined by local law) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an app is suitable for a general audience and may be accessed by children, ad serving is configured for non-personalised, contextual ads to the extent the ad network allows, in line with Google Play Families policies where applicable. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because most app data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app deletes it. Purchase records are retained by Google/Apple per their own policies for accounting and support purposes. Any support email you send us is retained only as long as needed to resolve your request, after which it is deleted or archived securely.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing including ad personalisation. Because we hold very little personal data ourselves — most of it sits with Google/Apple as independent controllers of their advertising and billing systems — many of these rights are best exercised directly through your Google or Apple account privacy settings. For anything we hold directly (such as a support email), contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. International transfers
Our apps and this website may be accessed globally, and the third-party services above may process data in the United States or other countries with different data protection laws than your own.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our apps or the services we rely on change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where required by law or app store policy, we will provide additional notice.
10. Contact us
Questions about this policy or a specific app's data practices can be sent through our contact page.
This policy is provided as a general template for the Solet Co. portfolio and is not a substitute for legal advice. Review it with qualified counsel before relying on it for a specific jurisdiction or app store submission.
