Solet Co.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 July 2026 · Applies to all apps published under Solet Co.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the apps published under the Solet Co. brand (each, an "App") and this website. By downloading, installing, or using an App, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.

2. Who we are

Solet Co. is a software studio operating a portfolio of self-contained mobile apps and games. Solet Co. apps are distributed through Google Play and, where noted on an app's store listing, other app marketplaces.

3. Licence to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use each App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from an App except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

4. Accounts

Most Solet Co. apps do not require an account to use their core functionality. Where an app does offer optional cloud features, additional terms specific to that feature will be presented in-app.

5. Purchases

Apps may offer a one-time "lifetime unlock" purchase, and in some cases optional subscriptions, processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. All purchases are subject to the payment platform's own terms and refund policies. Unlocks apply to the specific app purchased and, unless stated otherwise on that app's store listing, do not transfer to other Solet Co. apps.

6. Advertising

Free tiers of our apps display third-party advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads may appear as banners or, where disclosed in-app, as optional rewarded placements. We do not control the content of individual ads served by the ad network.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use an App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security or licensing mechanism, including ad-serving or purchase-verification logic; use automated means to extract data or assets from an App; or use an App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation for other users.

8. Intellectual property

Solet Co., each App's name, wordmark, and associated logos and visual identity are trademarks of Solet Co. (used under the ™ designation where registration has not been completed) and may not be used without prior written permission. Third-party typefaces used in our apps are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; see our font licences page for details. Third-party services referenced in these Terms (Google Play, AdMob, Apple App Store) remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solet Co. and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, an App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an App will not exceed the amount you paid for that App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $20 if you made no purchase.

11. Third-party services

Our apps rely on third-party services (including Google Play, AdMob, and payment processors) that have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those third-party services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue an App, or your access to it, at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Any dispute not subject to mandatory local jurisdiction will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.

These Terms are provided as a general template for the Solet Co. portfolio and are not a substitute for legal advice. Review them with qualified counsel before relying on them for a specific jurisdiction or app store submission.
